Unless you know exactly where you want to go, you’ll wind up going no where fast. After joining this biz, I know my target. Plus, with a strong emotional reason for doing the things I need to do to build a profitable business over time. 

I don't wanna feels when the going gets rough or boring or even slightly uncomfortable or inconvenient – I’ll stop. When I start doing this business and there is no such word of STOP. 

I will not press this button until I get what I want.

 So, lets dig deep and FIND a strong enough reason that is more than worthy of the price we are going to have to pay.

With end result in mind – pencil out exactly how business needs to look in three to five years in order to secure dreams and goals. (but my target is within 1 year) hehe...

This is a great time to play around with the compensation plan and various leadership levels in Green Leaders Group, so I can paint a reasonably accurate picture of the business that I am going to have to build. An easy way to do this is to simply find the leadership level that I need to be at in order to produce the results I want. My target is going to be Crown Diamond Manager (CDM) in 2 years time from now.

Once having the SIZE of my business determined, I have to work backward in time to plan out a rough road map in order to measure my progress along the way.(phew its sound tough but no matter happen I will go for success)

Here I state an example so that I will focus to target.

For example I might discover an average “CDM Hanis Haizi” in Premium Beautiful business earns RM20o,000 a month(which is the income I'm seeking) and it takes around 720 days to reach this rank (according to the earnings disclosure)  “get in and get busy”.

720 days. That’s about 2 years. So lets crunch the numbers ‘backwards” and layout some PRODUCTION markers.
